The Snohomish & Island County Labor Council

Land Acknowledgement

The Snohomish and Island County Labor Council acknowledges that we occupy the ancestral lands of the Coast Salish Peoples, in particular the Tulalip, Snohomish, Stillaguamish, and Sauk-Suiattle Tribes.

We respect their right to sovereignty and self-determination and honor their sacred spiritual connection with the land and water. We are committed to bring about a future that includes their people, stories, and voices to form a more just and equitable society.
