The Board recommended sending Secretary-Treasurer Sells and Trustee Leonard Kelley as delegates to the Washington State Labor Council Convention. It was M/S/C to concur.

A short report of the recent disappointing legislative session was given by the Secretary-Treasurer and State Representative. Along with the dismal budget, a lot of progressive legislation died.
